Having all of these abilities, knowledge, and skills can make individuals become more aware of the daily events, informed of everything, engaged to societal activities and become a responsible citizen contributing to the equal and empowered future. Multicultural and global literacy are closely related concepts that mainly tackles the appreciation and understanding of different cultures, as well as, the international issues. These two give importance in bridging the gap of discrimination promoting social equality and eliminating social prejudices for all people, regardless of their ethnicity, beliefs, cultures and religion. Developing some strategies to be a smart communicator is quite essential for building strong connections and healthy relationship to the people around us specifically in the workplace, school, home and even across different countries. Good people skills include effective communication, empathy, and ability to collaborate with others considering their own opinions and point. This skill is valuable for everyday living often leads to a successful life, satisfaction in job, increased performance level and even to a more fulfilling journey.

However, only few are people smart who can effectively engage in social settings.  Our attitudes differ from online and offline interaction.
