MULTICULTURAL AND GLOBAL LITERACY: EMBRACING DIVERSITY AND UNDERSTANDING THE WORLD TOGETHER

Global and Multicultural literacy are crucial skills in this globalized world wherein connecting with others are too much easier compared to the previous times. These literacies empower students to enhance their 21st century skills, contributing to a more inclusive and understanding society. Moreover, small changes in the classroom can possibly create a huge improvement and satisfying results. Small things is not small since everything started with little. Remember, we can't live with the same physical features, religion, culture, language or social status towards others, however, we achieve unity. God made us in this way and born unique at each other.
Currently, receiving and sending information is not difficult at all. Therefore, knowing global issues and concerns were easy through the use of our gadgets. Besides, awareness is useless if we do not take actions to resolve challenges that our world is facing right now. Contribution is necessary for the improvement of the community. Never wait for the government to have a contribution in your life, instead make contributions to the government. It is not about what they can do to us, but what we can do to our society to obtain desirable changes. The effect might not be direct, it requires a lot of effort and patient to successfully attain the goals. One day, we will realize that it is worth to wait.
Let us be the person who are responsible for anything including our actions, thoughts, and the words that came out with our mouth avoiding hurting someone's feelings. Becoming a global citizen is never easy for there are many things to consider, however, we can only achieve it by understanding cultural differences and identities.

Now, do you ever encounter a scenario where you interacted with the person who are in different background? If you do, please comment down below, then, share it with us☺️. How did you feel and what is your realization about it.
